How It Started
It all started at home. Our family loves to bake, and we bake for our household ALL THE TIME! After a while our friends started making orders, then shortly after we began to offer our treats to our neighbors, and Front Porch Sourdough was born!
We're a small family owned operation right now, and only serve a 5mi radius around our neighborhood (for now!).

Melissa sends a short note when a new menu goes up and when seasonal items drop. She writes them herself, so there are not many.

When do you deliver?
Tuesdays and Fridays. You pick which one when you place your order.
When do I need to order by?
Orders close two days before your delivery day, by 8:00 PM. Big Bakes need one extra day of notice, so they close a day earlier. The banner at the top of this page shows the next delivery days that are still open.
How far do you deliver?
About five miles around our neighborhood. If you're just outside that, create an account and check your address, and we will tell you right away. Still not sure? .
Can I pick up instead?
Yes. Porch pickup is available on delivery days and there's no fee.
How do I pay?
Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle. Nothing is charged automatically, so here is exactly what happens.
When you place your order, the next screen shows the total and your order number. For Venmo and Cash App there is a button that opens the app with the amount already filled in. For Zelle you send it from your own banking app to the number shown.
Put your order number in the note either way. That is how Melissa matches your payment to your bake.
She checks payments off as they come in, and you get a confirmation once yours lands. Until then your order is being held rather than confirmed, so it is worth sending soon after you order.
If something looks wrong, use Pay For My Order in the menu to pull your order back up and check the amount. Still stuck? .

Not right now. Everything is baked to order and delivered locally so it reaches you fresh.
What about allergies?
May contain wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. Every item lists what is in it on its product page, so check there before ordering if you have a specific allergy. If you need to be certain, .
